Stamping is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a मुद्रांकन प्रेस where a tool and मर्नु surface forms the metal into a net shape. Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine pressवामुद्रांकन प्रेस, खाली, एम्बोसिंग, झुकने, फ्ल्याing्ग, र कोइनिंग।

Stamping could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages. Progressive मर्नुs are commonly fed from a coil of steel, from coil reel to a straightener to level the coil, and then into a feeder which advances the material into the press and मर्नु(s) at a predetermined feed length.

Depending on part complexity, the number of stations in the मर्नु can be varied.

Stamping is usually done on cold metal sheets, whereas for progressive stamping, coil steel is used. 

For product development, the forming मर्नु is often developed first, using laser cutting instead of blanking for trial runs, once the final product meets the expectation, the blanking मर्नुs are developed.

In stamping, the stamping parts can become the final product after surface treatment, mostly however, it is only used as a functional component for product assembly.

The most rigorous quality policy starts from material control, and is followed through to final pre-shipment inspection. Material certificates include the mill certificate, 3rd party chemical components, and mechanical property reports, as well as RoHS and REACH reports upon request. Other reports include dimensional reports, surface treatment thickness, and salt fog test reports, etc. We structure our processes, creating Flow Charts and Control Plans before production, making sure all QC processes are in accordance with ISO9001-2015 requirements and drawing specifications.
