Rack Crash Protection Guard also called Rack Protector; it is a series of products that we developed for a client from Scandinavia. Rack Crash Protection Guard is to be installed on ground to avoid the potential collision on the rack.

The process of Rack Crash Protection Guard manufacturing generally includes 4 steps - cutting, forming, surface treatment, and assembling. The height and sizes can be OEM made in accordance with the requirements from the clients.

The most rigorous quality policy starts from material control, and is followed through to final pre-shipment inspection to Rack Crash Protection Guard orders. सामग्री certificates include the mill certificate, 3rd party chemical components, and mechanical property reports, as well as RoHS and REACH reports upon request. Other reports include dimensional reports, surface treatment thickness, and salt fog test reports, etc. We structure our processes, creating Flow Charts and Control Plans before production, making sure all QC processes are in accordance with ISO9001-2015 requirements and drawing specifications.
